Apples: Imported apples that are available to order are New Zealand Royal Gala, Braeburn, and
Koru apples. We have Chilean Pink Lade and Honey Crisp apples in stock.
Apricots: Look for first of the season Pride Packing apricots to be in stock for the weekend. Large
Panta Packs and 26lb value box available.
Bananas: Chiquita Bananas are in stock with a steady market for next week in supply and cost.
Dole Baby & Plantain Bananas in stock with steady markets.
Berries: Strawberries—Market is steady on Strawberries. Blackberries—market is stronger on
Mexico blackberries. Northwest berries have started in a small way. Blueberries—Market is
steady. 12/6oz, 12/11oz, & 8/18oz in stock. Raspberries—Market is steady on raspberries.
Cantaloupe: Market is stronger on 9ct Cantaloupe and steady on 9ct, 12ct, and 15ct. Dulcinea
11ct Tuscan Cantaloupe are in stock.
Citrus Variety: Chilean 10/3# Clementines are in stock. From Rising C Farms, we have Murcotts
and Ortaniques in stock. Minneola Choice and Fancy available. Satsuma 10/3# bags are
available.
Cherries: Northwest cherries from Pride Packing now in stock. Look for 9-9.5 row 18lb cartons
and 16/1# clamshells. First of the season Rainier Cherries from Pride Packing will be in stock for
the weekend.
Figs: Black Mission Figs, 12/1 pt, are due in Thursday (6/2).
Grapes: USA XL green, red, and black seedless grapes from Coachella in stock. Look for market
declines. Welch’s large green and red pouch bags and clamshells in stock for next week. Look for
market delclines.
Grapefruit: California Grapefruit are in stock. The grapefruit market is high, but steady. California Rio Stars available in 23ct, 32ct, and 48ct.
Honeydew: Market is weaker on Honeydew. Orange Flesh, Galia, Hami, Golden Dews, Juan
Canary, and Lemondrop melons are now in stock and steady.
Kiwi Fruit: Chilean Kiwi are available to order this week; market is steady. Mighties Kiwis in a
16/1# clamshell is in stock and steady. Zespri SunGold Kiwi are now available in trays.
Lemons: Lemon market is high but steady.
Limes: Lime market is coming down, especially on smaller sizes.

Mangos: Large and small size mango market is steady. Champagne Mangos have about 2 weeks
left of the season. Ataulfo Mangos have a steady market with great value on small sizes.
Melons: Personal—we have good supplies on personal melons with 8 and 9 counts in stock
with promotion pricing, and the market is steady. Ducinea Purehearts in stock. Watermelons—
Seedless watermelon cartons are steady. Bin 60 & 75 count seedless are on hand.
Nectarines: California panta pack Yellow and White Nectarines (44/48/50 Series) in stock now,
with markets lower. California VF Yellow Nectarines, 60 series, with aggressive, promotional
pricing. Pouch bag 2lb Nectarines are in stock. “Prima” One Layer Euro Nectarines now in stock,
markets are lower.
Oranges: Navel Oranges are still in good supply in both Choice and Fancy, and quality is very
good; this will continue for a month and a half. Rising C Heirloom Oranges are in stock but
coming to an end. Cara Cara Oranges are still available with the season at an end.
Papaya: The Hawaiian Papaya market is steady. Diamondhead and Calavo label 8 and 9 counts
are in stock. 9 count Maradol papayas in stock.
Peaches: California panta pack Yellow and White Peaches (44/48/50 Series) in stock now, with
markets lower. California VF Yellow Peachess, 60 series, with aggressive, promotional pricing.
Pouch bag 2lb Peaches are in stock. “Prima” One Layer Euro Peaches now in stock, markets are
lower. 2 layer donut peaches in stock for the end of the week from Kingsburg Orchards.
Pears: Anjous, Bosc (US#1 & Fancy) and Red Anjou (US#1) pears in stock for next week from the
Northwest. Chilean Packham pears, Wrap and Pack 40lb, in stock. 14ct Shinko Asian Pears from
Chile for next week. New Zealand Taylor’s Gold in stock.
Pineapple: The Del Monte Pineapple market is steady with 6, 7, & 8 count in stock.
Plums/Pluots: California 40 series Red and Black plums in stock and markets declining. 15/2#
Pouch bag plums in stock. Look for “Summeripe” Black, Red and Green pluots to be in stock next
week. From Family Tree, 1# clamshell pluots now available.
Pomegranates: Pomegranates from Chile are in stock and available in a 10 count Euro box,
markets decline from previous costs.

Anise: Market is steady on Anise this week.
Artichokes: Artichoke market is strong but stead. 12ct, 18ct, and 24ct short stem artichokes are
in stock.
Asparagus: Market is steady on Washington 28# Large and Standard, and 20# Consumer. Steady
on 11# jumbo.
Asparation: Market is steady on asparation. 18 count is in stock.
Avocados: The general market has leveled off; is not steady out of California and Mexico. Peru
has started and gain strength mid-June. Chile will start in August. Market steady for 48ct and
larger. P/L 32ct from Peru in this week. 60, 70, & 80ct are steady out of California and Mexico.
Beans Green: Orange County label from California are in stock now and the market is steady.
Beets: Market is steady on 12ct bunches, 25lb bag Red beets, Chiogga and 25lb Gold beets. Love
beets, 12/8.8oz in stock.
Bok Choy and Nappa: Market is weaker on Bok Choy, Nappa Cabbage, & Baby Bok Choy.
Broccoli/Cauliflower: Market is strong but steady on both Broccoli and Cauliflower this week.
Brussles Sprouts: Market is steady on Brussels Sprouts.
Cabbage: Market is steady on Red and Savoy Cabbage and Green Cabbage. Dickey Farms Green
Cabbage is in stock.

Farms.
Corn: Market is steady on Corn. 48ct White, Bi-color, and Yellow are all in stock.
Cucumbers Regular: Market is steady with Selects and 36ct on hand.
Cucumbers Euro: 12 count on hand out of Canada. Market is lower.
Persian Cucumbers: 20/1# Persian Cucumber in stock from Veg Fresh Farms
Eggplant: Market is higher on eggplant this week.
Daikon/Green Onions/Radishes: Market is steady on 20# bulk Daikon. Green Onion market is
steady on both iced and iceless. Oregon Radishes from Cal Farms is in stock and steady.
Greens: Market is steady on Collards and Mustard greens. It is steady on Red and Green Chard.
Endive & Escarole market is steady. Green and Tuscan Kale is steady. Radicchio and Belgium
Endive are steady.
Leeks: Market is steady on leeks from Beachside.
Lettuce: Iceburg— The Iceburg market is stronger. Leaf— Green and Red Leaf is stronger on both
California and and steady on NW product. Romaine Lettuce market is steady on California and
NW Romaine.
Mushrooms: White, Brown, and portabella mushrooms are in good supply this week and market
is steady.
Onion: Regular— JBO Yellow Onions from California in stock. Market steady. NW Red Jumbo onions marekt is steady. White market is steady. Sweet—Vidalias 40lb and 10/5# are in stock. New
crop Red Sweet Onion from California in stock. Walla Walla’s available June 9 or 10.
Parsley: Market is steady on Italian and Curly Parsley from Boskovich.
Peppers, Bell: Green— Large/XL markets are higher and choice is higher. All USA grown. Hot
House—Market is steady on Large and XXL sizes. Field—Red and Yellow Choice market is steady.
Peppers, Chili: The Chili Pepper market is gaining strength as USA product lacks heavy
production. Jalapeno and Serrano peppers no change. Pasilla peppers are steady. Tomatillos are
steady.

Peppers, Specialty: Mini Sweet Pepper market is steady on 1 & 2lb bags.
Potatoes: Color—Market is lower on Red and Yukon Golds. White Rose market is lower. Tasteful
Selections in stock and supplies are steady. Russet— Market is steady on cartons and bag
russets. Idaho Burbank’s/Kennebec’s are steady with good supply.
Rapini: Market is steady on Rapini this week.
Rhubarb: Market is stronger on 20lb Field Rhubarb.
Root Vegetables: Market is steady on Rutabagas, Parsnips, and Turnips.
Shallots/Garlic: 20/1lb shallots in stock. Market continues to grow higher. Garlic remains very
tight and expensive.
Snow and Snap Peas: The market is stronger on both Snap Peas and Snow Peas.
Spinach: Market is steady on Northwest spinach from Dickey Farms.
Squash: Soft—Zucchini market is steady with NW on hand. Yellow Squash and Grey Squash
markets are steady. Hard—Market is lower. Butternut, Danish, and Spaghetti Squash in stock.
Tomatoes: Large Rounds are steady this week, especially on 2 layer 4x5. TOV tomatoes are
cheap now. Grape tomatoes are up slightly. Romas are still very cheap and promotable right
now. Cherry tomatoes are steady.
Tomatoes, Specialty: In stock from “Village Farms” are Red & Yellow Cherry, and Orange Grape
with promotional pricing. “Limited Edition” Snack Tomatoes (Cherry, Red & Golden Grape, Mix
Medley) in stock. Promotion on Pint Symphony Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and 1lb Camparis
from “Windset Farms.” 1Lb
Yams: 5lb bag yams in stock from “Quail Farms.” All yams and sweet potatoes are very tight.

Apples: Markets are very strong on all varieties of Organic Apples and will continue to be all the
way through the summer. We currently have Granny Smith, Gala, and Goldens. Braeburns and
fuji due Sunday (6/5). Bag Apples: we currently have 12/3# Organic Gala Apples in stock.
Avocados: Calavo label organic 48ct and 60ct are stronger. Organic 32ct avocados are in stock
and very short.
Bananas: Market is steady on bananas this week on product of Mexico and Ecuador.
Berries: Market is weaker on California Strawberries. Raspberry market is steady from Driscoll’s.
Blueberries from Washington pints and 18oz will be in stock for Thursday. Blackberries are in
stock from Driscoll’s.
Citrus: Market is very strong on 95ct lemons. Lime market is very strong; 175/200ct in stock.
48ct Rio Star Texas Grapefruit are done. 48ct Rio Grapefruit is stronger and steady on 10/4# bags
out of California. Gold Nugget Tangerines are in stock and steady.
Grapes: Anthony Vineyards 18lb green, red and black seedless graps from California in stock.
Quality and flavor are good. Master’s Touch and Llano Red and Green seedless from Mexico in
stock. Market is lower as volume grows. N. California districts 3-4 weeks away.
Kiwi: Steady market out of Italy on 33 count and Volume Fill cases. 20/1# bags are available and
steady. New Crop New Zealand will be available next week.
Mangos: Market is steady on Jumbo Mexican Tommy Atkins. We have 6ct. in stock.
Melons: New Crop Organic Cantaloupe melons 9 & 12ct are in stock; market is weaker. Organic
Honeydew 6 ct are on deal. Orange Flesh Melons are in stock. 5ct Organic Seedless Watermelons
and bins in stock. Mini melons are weaker on 11 & 6ct.
Oranges: Market is a little stronger on 72ct Fancy Navel Oranges & steady on 10/4# bag Navel
Oranges. Organic Cara Cara oranges are steady.
Pears: Argentinian Anjou available in 90ct and larger. 70/80ct Bartletts in stock. Abate Fetal
Pears from Argentina are steady. Organic Bosc Pears are in stock and steady.
Pineapple: We have 8ct Pineapples in stock this week and market is steady.
Soft Fruit: Peaches are a little weaker on 50 series. Nectarines are a little weaker on 50 series.

Broccoli: Broccoli price is up a little. Baby broccoli will remain steady.
Cabbage: Green and Red Cabbage will come down a little this week. Bok Choy will be up a little.
Carrots: Peeled carrots, Cello carrots, and Bunch carrots are steady from California.
Cauliflower: Organic Cauliflower market will be steady this week.
Celery: Celery market will come off a little.
Cucumber: Cucumbers will start going up. English Cucumbers will be up a little out of Canada.
Eggplant: Eggplant market will come down a little this week.
Greens: Green, Rainbow, and Red Chard markets are up a little and Green and Red Kale remain
steady. Leeks are in stock from Cal Organic and market is steady.
Herbs: Cilantro is steady with Nortwest product in stock. Curly and Italian Parsley will remain
steady.
Lettuce: Green and Red Leaf lettuce will be steady from Cal-Organic. Romain lettuce from Cal-Organic will be up a little. Iceburg lettuce will be up a little. Living Butter is steady from Hollandia.
Mushrooms: Steady on pkg and bulk brown and white mushrooms. And a steady market on Portabella and Shiitake Mushrooms.

Onions are in stock.
Peppers: Organic Orange and Yellow Bell Peppers will be steady this week from Canada/Holland.
Organic Green Bell Peppers will remain steady. Organic Red Peppers from Canada and Holland
will be steady.
Potatoes: Organic Yukon Gold A Potatoes and 16/3# bags will be off a little next week. Red A potatoes are steady and 16/3# bags are down a little. Organic Russet Potatoes and 16/3# bags are
up next week. All are in stock and available.
Squash: Zucchini squash will remail weak this week. Hard squash is steady with plenty in stock.
Yellow squash will start heading up.
