About the NKF Golf Classic
Qualifying first, second, and third place foursomes from every local National Kidney Foundation Golf
Classic around the country are invited to compete at the National Finals held at the famed Pebble Beach
Resorts.
So, if the U.S. Open or the U.S. Amateur is not in your future, this three-day tournament may be your
only chance to compete for a national championship at the beautiful and challenging Pebble Beach
Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and The Links at Spanish Bay. Registration fees, travel, and
accommodations must be paid for by the participant. The teams intending to compete/participate in the
National Finals must be able to be at Pebble Beach, California in January 2017 (actual dates to be
announced soon).

The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is the leading organization in the U.S. dedicated to the awareness,
prevention and treatment of kidney disease for hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals,
millions of patients and their families, and tens of millions of Americans at risk.
In the Delaware Valley there are currently 40,687 patients on dialysis and 13,341 people on the
waiting list for a kidney. Your support will impact the lives of those in our own community who
are at risk or currently living with kidney disease, and those who care for them.
Our goal this year is to raise $140,000 to support our valued programs in our area including free
community health screenings, educational presentations, and training seminars for medical professionals
within the Delaware Valley.

Each team member tees off, and the best drive is
selected. All four players then play from that spot, and so
on until the ball is holed. The team scramble provides an
opportunity to win valuable prizes and possibly an
invitation to Pebble Beach!

Handicap Index Division
Every team competing must consist of four amateur
golfers whose total USGA Handicap Index is 42.0 or
Individual Golfer—$750
more. Only one golfer on each team may have a USGA
Two tickets to Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner—$350
One ticket to Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner—$250

Handicap Index of 8.0 or less. All golfers competing in the
Handicap Index Division for the National Finals at Pebble
Beach are required to present a current copy of his or her
Handicap Index card to the tournament committee at the
time of registration (additional fees required).
Gross Division

Foursomes competing in the Gross Division do not
