reduced IT staff requirements for managing
backup and recovery. “We used to spend
around 30 hours a week managing backups,
and now we spend one hour a week,” says
Pan. “We spent around 20 hours a week
restoring data for users, and now we spend
two hours a week at the most. That’s 47
hours per week that we can reallocate to
