Bus departure location Mercerville Shopping Center (middle of Center – across from Applebee’s Restaurant) – Will
call and/or email 5-7days before each game with all final trip information.
 Trip price includes ticket (distributed day of the event), roundtrip transportation (reserved seating on the bus) and raffle
tickets and baseball/family oriented movies on the bus. Bus has bathroom facility and air-conditioning. Water/snacks
available on the bus. Food allowed on the bus.
 Smoking is prohibited on the bus and in the venue seating areas; no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus and/or in
the venue.
 Tickets will be reserved upon full payment within 5 days of the ticket request. No REFUNDS for CANCELLATIONS
occurring 21 days or sooner before each trip date unless the ticket(s) can be resold.
