SINGLE REGISTRATION
1. United Kennel Club, Inc., is a separate
and distinct registry and has no affiliation to
any other registry.
2. All Applications for Single Registration
must be submitted on a United Kennel Club
application form which is furnished free of
charge. A copy of the completed application
will not be made available once submitted to
the United Kennel Club.

4. If you cannot supply proof that your dog
is registered with a UKC-acknowledged registry, attach a written explanation, complete three generation pedigree, and three
(3) color photos of your dog to be reviewed
by the Single Registration Committee.
Photos should be sufficiently large (3”x 3”
minimum), and include a clear shot from the
front and one taken from each side in profile.

to be considered for full registration rights.
