ACN AFFILIATION
The Australian College of Nursing (ACN) believes that each and every
nurse in Australia should have the opportunity to grow their career and
tap into their individual leadership potential. Leadership skills are vital to
provide quality patient care and advocacy. Nurses with leadership skills
are change makers.
If your organisation wants to support the professional growth of your
nursing staff and the nursing profession, then joining the ACN Affiliation
Program is a must. Through this initiative, your organisation can join

organisation that employs nurses or has
nurse members. When your organisation
joins ACN as an Affiliate, it gives you
access to ACN’s facilities and networks
to help you support and develop your
staff’s and members’ skills and potential.
An Affiliation with ACN also creates strong

likeminded organisations so that, together,
we can lead nursing and ensure nurse-led
