Jess Snyder, Sarah Loerch go 1-2 at JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge

On Thursday night, the last day of May 2012, nearly 10,000 runners and walkers participated in
the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge 3.5 mile run around the RIT campus. GVH’s Jess
Snyder and Sarah Loerch, running under the University of Rochester banner, had a stunning 12 finish as both ran outstanding times. Jess missed the course record by only one second with a
time of 19:44 and Sarah ran 19:54. Both beat Jess’ time of 20:20 from last years’ victory.
Weather conditions were near perfect and plenty of GVH members got to witness the finish as
over 2 dozen were on hand to help with finish line responsibilities. Another 2 dozen or more
GVH’ers were in the front of the pack of runners as well, representing their employers very well
. . . and later tended to “party activities”. A great time had by all.
