 Farmers around the globe who currently work with solid fertilizers, which dissolves and dilute
with water to the desired concentration
Product description:





This system is designed to mix solid fertilizers optimally with water, using minimum time and manpower
The system operates on the principle of hydraulic mixing, using only water pressure
The mixing process can be operated either manually or automatically
There are no moving parts in the fertilizer mixing tank (1200 Liter)
Maintenance is very simple and easy – only the filter needs to be cleaned once a day

User instructions-step by step:
There are guidelines from the agronomist for each fertilizer recipe
regarding the quantity of each type of fertilizer to use, and how
much water to add to the solution

Fill the tank with water to half its volume.
Pour the number of bags of fertilizer into the stainless steel basket, according
to the defined fertilizer recipe.
Operate the dissolving process of the solid fertilizer in the s.s. basket until it
had completely emptied.
Add water in the tank to the required amount as defined in the fertilizer recipe.
Operate the mixing/circulation process for water + fertilizer, until the fertilizer
is completely dissolved in the water (the duration of this process depends on
the type of fertilizer and temperature conditions).
Send the prepared solution to the fertilizer tank changing the direction of the
valves on the pump.
