File ZC360-16 – Zone Change – Rural 5 to Rural Service
Center – Bonnie Powell and Diane Dodd are requesting a
zone change for the subject property from Rural 5 to Rural
Service. The subject property is approximately ½ mile south
of the intersection of Dufort Road and Highway 95, left on
Porter House Road in a portion of Section 32, Township 56N
Range 2W. The subject property is immediately on the right.
The Planning & Zoning Commission at their regular
scheduled public hearing on February 16, 2017
recommended approval of this application to the Board of
County Commissioners.
File VS1866-16 – Vacation of Outlet Bay Right-of-Way –
Paul Levernier, et al are petitioning to allow for vacation of
right-of-way. This would have the effect of relocating the
right-of-way slightly to the west, to match the actual
location of the existing road as it has always existed. No
physical development or modification of the land is
proposed. The right-of-way is located in the Outlet Bay area
on Lake Street, located in Section 5, Township 59 North,
Range 4 West, Boise Meridian. The subject property is
zoned RECREATION (REC).
