Members Present: Chairman Danny Iverson; Dave Lambert, Supervisor #1; Scott Barton, Supervisor #2; Jennifer Herrera, Clerk, Kyle Deno, Treasurer. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. Pledge of Allegiance. Chairman Iverson led the pledge of allegiance. Moment of Reflection. Chairman Iverson said a prayer. Confirm Notice was properly posted and adopt the Agenda. Confirmation the notice was properly posted. All Board Members confirmed that they posted properly. Read and Approve Minutes of last month’s meeting. Chairman Danny asked board members if they had an opportunity to read last month’s minutes. All present said yes. Scott made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented, Dave seconded. All in favor. Motion carried. Scott made a motion to make the roads not completed this year a priority next year. They are as follows: Murphy Road, Old Co I, Uting Road, Lambert Road, Partridge Road, other ½ Pine Hill and Amber Roads, seconded by Dave. All in favor. Motion carried. 9. No truck bids were submitted. 10. 3 quotes for mower were as such: Pape Machinery $9,961.00 Blackfoot $9,902.00 Diamond Mowers $9,217.00 Dave made a motion to accept Diamond mowers bid of $9,217.00, seconded by Scott. All in favor. Motion carried. 11. Pat Franks charged the township $300.00 to remove a beaver damn and unplug the culvert. Chairman Iverson is interested in putting up a beaver guard on culverts to keep beavers form damning them up. 12. Treasurer’s Report: Listed on the website. 13. Clerk’s Report a. Kyle helped complete the form CT return, it is filed. We all went to the Town’s Association meeting. 14. Chairman’s Report/ Correspondence & Meeting Reports: Chairman Iverson has worked getting road bids in. There was a tv dropped in the ditch on Oak Ridge. We may install some cameras in the ditches to catch people. There was a microwave dropped on I. He has received a lot of calls about turning lanes on 27. He suggest to call the people working on that project, he will provide you with a name and number if you would like to call. Bids were opened for a project the county will pay half for. The bids were not complete and were tabled until the next meeting. Dan made a motion to table until June, Scott seconded. All were in favor. 15. Approval & Payment of Bills: All bills were approved and checks signed as presented. 16. Next Board Meeting: Tuesday, June 21st at 6:30 pm. 17.
