which affect the market liability insurance of car owners was defined. On the basis of the
studied material the dynamics of the main indicators of this type of insurance were
provided, namely the number of insurance companies, the amount of insurance payments
and insurance payments in the period from 2005 to 2012. Peculiarities of changes in the
components of the insurance market of Ukraine were studied. The relationship between
performance on compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicles owners and political,
economic, social and other factors that influenced the development of this type of
insurance were found out. science-based forecasts for the further development of this
segment of the insurance market were developed. The authors suggest options for further
improvement of the auto insurance market in terms of economic development.

Social services are now becoming a factor in the large-scale transformation of the
economic structure, the upgrading of traditional industries, industry optimality criterion
and reproductive structures of the economy, a kind of measure of the quality of life.
In the context of globalization become especially important research problems of
economic growth in the period of post-industrial development, the development of the
theoretical foundations of further improving the social and labor relations to ensure a
higher degree of socialization of the economy.
Socialization of the economy - a key component of the global economic transformation,
which is based on the tight integration of private and public initiative. Occurs social
reorientation of production, the humanization of work and life of people, mitigation of
social differentiation, increasing the value of the social sphere, and a man with his diverse

needs becomes the center of socio-economic development. Accordingly, qualitative
changes occur in the system requirements, the structure of supply and demand, and as a
way of life.
The paper explores the process of socialization of the economy, its main features and
trends revealed the role of socialization of the economy in the transformation of the
structure of the world economy at all levels.
