Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC (“Maxor”), a leading pharmacy services platform, today
announced that it has named Leah Bailey as General Counsel. Bailey will serve as corporate counsel for
all divisions of the company.
With more than 13 years of experience in corporate law, including the previous 8 years focused on health

”Leah’s background and knowledge in the pharmacy industry is very complementary to Maxor’s principal

closely with her to grow our reach within the industry. Leah will be instrumental in leading Maxor in her
role as General Counsel,” said Mike Ellis, CEO of Maxor.

made the transition to health care after working in house for a financial printer. Prior to law school, Bailey
