Mercury: Less than 1.0 ppm methylmercury, per FDA compliance guideline. Sterilization: Canned products must be commercially sterile and free of viable organisms of public health significance. Can Integrity: Seam specifications and end seam compounds must meet normal industry standards and ensure adequate hermetic seals.
