NOTICE OF DIVIDED PUBLICATION OF THE PROPERTY TAX DEFAULT (DELINQUENT) LIST
(Rev. & Tax. Code, § 3381)
Pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 3381 through 3385, the Notice of Power to Sell Tax-Defaulted Property in and for
Monterey County, State of California, has been divided and distributed to various newspapers of general circulation published in the
county. A portion of the list appears in each of such newspapers.
I, Mary A. Zeeb, Tax Collector, State of California, certify that:
Notice is hereby given that the real properties listed below were declared to be in tax default at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2013 by operation
of law. The declaration of default was due to non-payment of the total amount due for the taxes, assessments and other charges levied in
2012-2013 that were a lien on the listed real property. Tax-defaulted real property may be redeemed by payment of all unpaid taxes and
assessments, together with the additional penalties and fees, as prescribed by law, or it may be redeemed under an installment plan of
redemption.
All information concerning redemption of tax-defaulted property will be furnished, upon request, by Mary A. Zeeb, Monterey County Tax

next to the name of the assessee.
