3 - Congregational Church of Hollis

ANNOUNCEMENTS — August 3, 2014
Welcome to this service of worship.
We are glad you have chosen
to be with us. Please sign the friendship register when it is passed.
If you are a visitor and would like to know more about our church,
speak with the pastor or a deacon following the service or call the
church office weekday mornings at 465-7797.
Greeting you were members of the Board of Deacons.
We warmly welcome the Rev. Dr. Peter Lovejoy to the pulpit this
morning. Rev. Lovejoy and his wife, Rev. Joyce Lovejoy, are retired UCC pastors residing in New Boston, NH, who have served as
guest preachers on past summer Sundays. It’s a joy to welcome Rev.
Pete back among us while Rev. Bob and Diana Macfarlane are away
on the Maine coast for a long weekend of vacation (and lobster), returning on Wednesday.
Large print bulletins for this service are available in the narthex.
You are invited to offer prayer requests using the request cards located in the pew racks. Please give the cards to a deacon at the beginning of the service. Prayer requests may also be made via email
to [email protected] or to Prayer Chain contact Lydia Schellenberg at 465-2495.
