LUGGAGE COMBINATION LOCK
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screeners
and airline check-in staff at airports are trained to recognize
the Travel Sentry® logo. They understand that baggage with
locks displaying this mark is permitted to remain locked.
TSA screeners have access to master keys that allow them to
open those locks in the event that the baggage must be
opened for inspection. With Travel Sentry® official locks the
TSA agents can open checked luggage without having to
break the lock.

For your security, there is no generic "reset code” or way to
reset an unknown combination. If this is a new purchase, the
combination may have been set inadvertently at the retail
location. In this case, please contact the point of purchase in
regards to their exchange policy. If you have forgotten your
combination, unfortunately the lock will need to be replaced.
This combination lock has been factory set to open at 0-0-0.
To set your own combination:
Set the Dials (2) to the current combination.
Push the Reset Button (1) using the tip of a pointed object
(ball-point pen, paperclip, etc.) until you hear a CLICK sound.
The Reset Button (1) will remain depressed.
Set the Dials (2) to your new combination.
(Choose digits that you will remember easily - address,
phone number, birthday, etc.)

Keyhole position indicates the
lock has been opened by TSA
screeners
Push the Lock Release Button (3) until you hear a CLICK
sound and the Reset Button (1) has returned to its original
position. Your new combination has been set.
IMPRORTANT! If the lock has been opened by TSA
screeners, the keyhole position will be perpendicular to
the Red Indicator (4). Make sure to reset the cylinder by
inserting any tool into the keyhole and rotating it to line
up with the Red Indicator (4).
