My husband and I recently used S&S Construction of Suffolk Inc. to renovate our living
room. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Their estimate was spot on,
no surprises at the end of the job. They showed up when they said they would and
completed the job in record time. They made sure at the end of each work day the area
was clean, the trash was tossed and the floor was swept. They are organized and do
quality work! They were respectful of my home, my husband and myself, and were even
nice to our dogs. They replaced the sheet rock, ceiling, trim, window and fireplace
mantle as well as installing lights in the ceiling. The room is beautiful; Justin and Edwin
are as talented as they are efficient.
I would recommend Justin and Edwin to anyone looking to do any work on their home.

Thinking of making some home improvements? Redoing your kitchen, bathroom, fixing
your roof, putting in a new floor, adding some molding, wainscoting, character? Worried
about the cost, the workmen, the construction, the mess, the time? Well fear no
more…. Have I got a guy for you!!! My family has known the workmanship of Justin
Souza for several years, now. He has done a roof, a kitchen, from top to bottom,
cabinets, counter top, backsplash, outlets, under cabinet lighting, sink, electrical,
flooring. He has done bathroom walls, sheetrock, tiles, and some painting and
wainscoting in my son’s room. In fact, any time someone compliments me on
something in my home, I say, “Justin did that” with pride. He is reasonably priced,
always on time, prepared with all his materials, cheerful and ready to put in a full days
work including the clean up! His work is perfection, his ideas are on the mark and he is
honest, offering advice or suggestions that enhance your expectations. I would say that
S & S Construction of Suffolk stands for Service and Satisfaction. He is the only person
I choose for my home improvements. You should, too.

I want to take a moment and thank Justin of S&S Roofing / Construction. We've been in
our home for almost 2 years. Like most new home owners there were projects we
wanted to complete. Like most home owners they either don't have the time or the skill
sets. In our case the skill sets were not where they needed to be. :)
We were referred to Justin by a Friend for a few small projects; electrical outlets, install
of exterior lighting, upgrades to bathroom fixtures etc. Justin did an awesome job with
the projects. He worked very clean, putting down matting on my hardwood floors to
avoid scuff marks and tracking in outside debris.
Then we had an idea for our closest, Justin took the idea and with his own experience
and finishing skills turned our simple wire rack closet into the coolest thing ever, wood
shelving, drawers, additional storage. Double hanging for tops/shirts and pant height
racks for my slacks/skirts. Not to forget storage for our shoes. When we walked in we
were blown away, right out of a magazine.
Next the house came with a single door shed that needed a lot of work. We wanted it
updated so we could store lawn equipment. Justin built two doors, edge drip, soffit so
the wild animals would not continue make it home. We did not ask for, but he added
shelving, a small mezzanine. He cleaned the inside of the shed, picked up all left over
access product, again an excellent job. It is very hard to find this attention to detail, old
world craftsmanship, cleanliness and professionalism today. I'm in the home
improvement business and on a daily basis I see projects that aren't even close and are
quite frankly scary. Justin's reliability, trustworthiness craftsmanship, are second to none
and leading in the industry.
Lastly we have a Sphinx purebred, Maximus Richard, he loves the forward bedroom
that had an unfinished alcove / mezzanine. Justin came over we shared what we
thought might look nice. Over the next few weeks, Justin would text us ideas,
ask clarifying questions. (he became our trusted advisor) He went to various retailers
choosing the right pieces to transform Max's empty hangout into a show place. Justin
would call and ask questions about Max such as what was his vertical leap? How much
time did he spent in that room, and more. Justin hand crafted, railing, shelves, spindles.
Not to mention one of our dream items for the project was to have lighting installed.
Justin found the perfect lighting fixtures that have a 32 year life span so we will never
have to change it, perhaps our grandchildren will inherit that project. LOL. He works
clean, neat and organized, as if it was his own home. We have gone on for too long, we
will close with this, Justin has taken the house we purchased back in 2014 and turned it
into our home where we share our story with family and friends, and hope for our
children to do the same. Give him a call....
