I, the Governor, acting under the Teacher Registration Act 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, fix 7 December 2012 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than
sections 1, 2, 132 and 166 come into operation.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 13 November 2012.

Notes: Under the Teacher Registration (Accreditation of Initial Teacher Education Programmes)
Regulations 2012 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2,
come into operation on the day on which the Teacher Registration Act 2012 section 3 comes into
operation.

7. GENERAL
Changes to State Law Publisher Invoicing and Payments
As of 22nd October 2012 all invoicing and payments have reverted from the Department of
Finance, Shared Services back to the State Law Publisher.
For any goods purchased on account after this date, a delivery note will be sent with your
order and a Tax Invoice will simultaneously be forwarded to your official ABN registered
address.
Payment options and instructions will be advised on the bottom of the invoice.
