Through Jesus, we learn, love and grow together
Dear Parents/Carers,
It has been a very busy week for our pupils. The Year 3 children have been to Cambridge and central
London as part of their new Geography topic. The Year 5 children have been to see the London Symphony Orchestra and
The Lion King and the Year 6 children have been on the Isle of Wight for the week.

WEDNESDAY WORD
Our Wednesday Word is CHOICES. This
Sunday’s Gospel reminds us that our daily lives
are full of choices between good and bad. Think
about how we can “live in the light” making sure
that we choose do the right thing.
LOST PROPERTY
Several pairs of children’s glasses have been
handed into the school office. Please ensure that
you reclaim these or any other lost items ASAP
and before the Easter break. Any unclaimed items
will be donated to charity.
FOOTBALL NEWS
Our Year 5 boys’ football team represented the
school on behalf of the Year 6 boys who were at
the Isle of Wight this week. They lost all their
three games but won a tremendous amount in the
world of learning. It was really encouraging to see
such quick progression in the essential skills of
sport as the games continued. Communication,
team work, using space and pressing for the ball
were some of the many areas the boys said made
a difference to their playing.
CHESSINGTON
There are a few places remaining for
Chessington. If you would like your child to go on
this trip, please return the permission slip and £10
deposit to the office as soon as possible.
