Worker Module
The PASS-WEB Worker Module allows caregivers, providers/taxi companies, remote reservationists and similar staff to
review, book or cancel demand response trips on behalf of one or several passengers.
Workers can log into the module with their ID and password. They can then lookup, book or cancel trips on behalf of their selected passengers.
Functionality of the Worker Module includes:
Request for Information
• Group booking request screen
• Enter origin, destination, date, time
• Enter passenger list to assign passengers to trips
• Group booking review
• Review everything that the worker has done today
• This screen will be updated after the trips are scheduled
• Worker admin screen
• Manage passenger/worker associations
• Utilize group name field to better associate passengers to a group
• The results of this new functionality will pass booking requests to
schedulers to finish scheduling in the back-office
