Consent is sought for the erection of a single storey plant building / potting shed and works to the
garden. Detailed drawings of both are submitted. Samples of bricks, lead and paving can also be
submitted as part of the application should the council wish to see them and can be delivered
under separate cover.
The building is Listed Grade II. The architectural and historical merits of the building are
discussed in the Heritage statement which accompanies this application for planning permission
and listed building consent.
