1. Hugh is making a block tower. Each block is a 4-inch square and is
1 inch thick. If he has 35 blocks, what is the tallest tower he can
build with the blocks?
2. Syrita wants to organize her bookshelf in her bedroom. The
bookshelf measures 36 inches long, and there are three shelves. If
she has 25 two-inch wide books, 15 three-inch wide books, and
32 one-inch wide books, will she be able to fit them on the three
shelves? If not, how many of each book will not fit?

3. Phyllis is making a clay game board. Each square needs to be
2 inches by 2 inches. If the board will be a 16-inch by 16-inch
