campground, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.

The information we collect may include:
Full name, gender, address, school grade, birth date, parent(s)’ names, phone number(s), cell phone
number(s), email address, emergency contact person's name(s) and phone number(s), emergency contact
person's relation to the participant, church currently attending, if the participant has previously attended
any event sponsored by SCSC, if the participant has been baptized, if the participant has made a decision
to follow Christ, T-shirt size, and friend(s) the participant would like to share a cabin with, and a brief
medical history. We also collect insurance information. We only collect the information you supply
when filling out any form(s).
Information supplied is never made public or shared with anyone else.

Participants have the option to agree to the electronic collection of the child's information without
consenting to the disclosure of the information to third parties by not using the online registration tool,
and simply printing and mailing your form(s) directly to SCSC at the address below.
SCSC does not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in
an activity as a condition of participation.

SCSC will not post on its website any substance, visual or audio content, advertisements, models or
pictures inappropriate to what is being sold, language, information regarding the age of the actual or
intended audience, or animated characters or other child-oriented features that are not appropriate for

XIV. Verifiable Parental Consent
A parent's consent to agree to the terms of this privacy policy and locations to read this policy may be
found on any registration form for events at SCSC.
XV. Access Verification
At a parent's request, SCSC will supply all information collected and stored with regard to a participant.
Parents must submit a notarized request and state reason to view stored information.
XVI. Revoking & Deleting
At any time, a parent may in writing revoke his/her consent, refuse to allow SCSC to further use or
collect their child's personal information, and direct SCSC to delete the information. In turn, SCSC may
terminate any service provided to the child, but only if the information at issue is reasonably necessary
for the child's participation in that activity.
XVII. New Notice for Consent
Changes to this written Privacy Policy will be posted with a revision date. Policy changes will only
apply to new collected information and will not affect previously collected information or consent.
