Profile of activity that occurs in our region (local, regional & international) e. What are the assumptions about what gets done at the Nanaimo Campus and what can get done at other sites? f. What is the potential future role of NIC? What would complementary roles between NIC and VIU look like? What would VIU not have to do? g. How can regional operations be better coordinated? What is the role of the regional principal? Who deals with regional operations, instructional coordination, community interfaces? h. Draft evaluation and prioritization matrix from Academic Plan – will this work for Regional locations? i. Consideration of endorsement of Talloires Declaration on Civic roles and Social Responsibility. j.
