Parent Information Night Wednesday April 22, 2015 6:30-8:30 pm Sexuality and Relationships Having conversations with your adolescent about sexuality and relationships can challenge any parent, but add into the mix your unique concerns about your child with special needs, and it might seem impossible! Thankfully, it is not! You CAN do this, and your kids need you to. Join us for an evening focused on building up your comfort level around the topics of relationships, dating and sexuality, giving you opportunities to hear from experts and other parents about what works (and what doesn't!), and practicing some of these conversations. Your young person needs your wisdom, your values and your love--this evening will leave you more prepared to share them! Presented by Nina Jonson Nina has worked in the field of adolescent sexual health for the past 10 years. Through this work, she has provided expert leadership and training on adolescent sexual health, sexuality education and adolescent-friendly clinical services. Nina has reached countless audiences through her engaging symposiums, panels, and trainings in schools, professional organizations, community organizations and media outlets.
