Music.ly If your children use an app called Music.ly please check their accounts as we have had reports of someone befriending children on this site then downloading pornographic videos. 2 Driving in High Stile We have had several reports from concerned parents about cars driving too fast and aggressively in High Stile. We appreciate that the traffic is frustrating but please drive very carefully and slowly near the school. I would hate to have to be writing to you to say that a child had been hurt due to inconsiderate driving. Clubs There will be no clubs in the last week of term except MRFC Football on Monday and Multi skills on Wednesday which will still go ahead. Sports Xtra Clubs have finished. Clubs will start again week beginning 12th September. A new clubs list will be issued at the beginning of term. Cheerleading Club – there will be a performance to parents of Cheerleading Club Y3-‐6 on Tuesday at 3.30pm. Outstanding Dinner Money Please ensure that any outstanding dinner money is paid on Monday. We must have our accounts balanced and all debts cleared for the end of the school year. Please include payment for any meals to be taken up to and including 22nd July. Please be reminded that dinner money must be paid in advance and that meals cannot be provided on credit. Arrangements for Y6 end of term The Y6 children will be given a t-‐shirt with their class names on as a leaving present. We would like to thank the PTA for funding these t-‐shirts. Next Thursday (21st) they can wear these t-‐shirts with the bottom half of their school uniform. On Friday they can again wear their t-‐shirts but with their own clothes. This is so they can bring into school any uniform that you have no further use for and can donate to school. This would be much appreciated as it can be sold in second hand uniform sales. Also on Friday they can bring a clean white t-‐shirt or shirt or an autograph book. This is so they can collect signatures. Friday is the only day that they will be allowed to do this. Please make sure they have their own pen for this purpose if you wish them to do this. Thursday is also the leavers BBQ and disco. This will take place in the hall and on the back playground. It runs from 5.30 – 7.30. Children should be dropped at school at half past five and they should walk around the front of the school to the back playground. At half past seven please pick your children up from the back playground. The main door into school will be locked. Again, we would like to thank the PTA for funding this leaving party. Please find attached the Goodbye Year Six lunch menu for next Thursday 21st and details of the menu for Friday 22nd.
