SmartFlows® support construction processes that were developed on the basis of industry
standards and are immediately deployable in their preconfigured form. conjectPM provides
numerous predefined reports and graphic trend displays that give an immediate insight into
potential bottlenecks in construction projects, thus helping to prevent delays.

(such as drawing approval, material approval, method statement submittal, subcontractor

(such as request for information, request for comments, letters, transmittal, confirmation of
verbal instruction, inspection request)

(such as change request, change order, request for proposal, instructions)
Any type of template can be produced for every type of process. The template defines the
recipients, reviewers, message text and a deadline for answering the query. Drawings or
documents can be assigned as attachments to each process. It is possible to link two processes, e.g. upload documents in one step while initiating approval.
PROCESS REPORTS
A personal or company overview on the start page of each project indicates how many tasks
are open or overdue per process or are waiting for a reply from the reviewer. The capacity
utilisation trend over the last six months is also displayed in a graphic. If the conjectPM dashboard is activated, this overview is supplemented by more comprehensive information.
Furthermore, conjectPM also provides special process reports:
•Standard process report, e.g. for transmittals, approvals and information requests
•Special reports for processes such as drawing approval and change processes,
whereby all reports are available in real-time and show the essential details, status
and progress of the process
•Progress and results of review processes; pending approvals can also be shown and
exported for detailed analysis
Extended reports including graphic analyses are also possible for drawing reviews and information requests.
