WHOLE MILK POWDER - GRADE A, rBST FREE
Grade A rBST Free Whole Milk Powder, as the name implies, is a
product obtained by pasteurizing, condensing and drying fresh
fluid Grade A, rBST Free whole milk. It is available in two
different butterfat levels – 26% and 28.5%. Because the powder
contains all the properties of fluid whole milk, it is an excellent
substitute for fresh fluid whole milk.

Instructions to reconstitute Whole Milk Powder:
For one (1) glass:

weigh 220 grams of cold water to 35 grams whole milk powder
1 cup cold water to ¼ cup whole milk powder
For one (1) liter:
OR
weigh 990 grams of cold water to 145 grams of whole milk powder
4 ½ cups cold water to 1 ¼ cups whole milk powder
