OVERVIEW
As outdoor living becomes more of a mainstay
in the lives of North Americans, the consumer
demand and desire for outdoor spaces and
structures continues to rise.
Outdoor living is no longer a trend or movement,
but rather a staple of the North American home.
Yardistry’s modular architectural garden system
is the first of its kind in North America. The
construction of complex and time consuming
outdoor projects, such as pergolas, yard
structures, fences, screens and more, has been
simplified through a system of standard and
interchangeable components. This system
provides landscape architects, designers and
contractors with unmatched flexibility in design
while maintaining control over quality. Structures
constructed from Yardistry components can
be assembled in half the time and cost half
as much as traditional on-site construction
methods without the need for specialized
labor. No longer will you need to outsource
valuable client dollars to expensive or unreliable
third party sources. Yardistry’s modular based

SCREENS
Sometimes simply defining a space or screening
out an unwanted view can create a feature that
moves the spirit. The Yardistry system can do
it all, from creating an intimate retreat within
a larger garden setting, to providing property

FENCES

Caledon Project – Caledon ON
A cutting garden where the full flexibility of
the Yardistry modular system was featured.
This design challenge incorporated screens,
structures and fencing in a country setting.
Intercontinental Hotel – Toronto ON
In this commercial courtyard application,
the Yardistry component system was used
to provided privacy and security without
compromising visual interest.
Royal Ashburn Golf and Country Club –
Ashburn ON
Yardistry panels were incorporated into almost
every aspect of this spectacular outdoor
structure. The use of Lattice and X Panels offer
detail, support and privacy while at the same
time unifying the space visually.

The strength both visually and structurally
of the Yardistry system lends itself well
to commercial applications. In this project
Yardistry panels were used to create an
outdoor lunch space that incorporates screens,

Yardistry’s patented Click and Lock Technology
transforms single panels in to detailed walls
simply and quickly. All two and three high panels
come with the fasteners already attached.
Simply align the panels, click, lock and secure
with the provided fastener. We even provide the
driver bit!
The Beauty Is In the Details
Yardistry uses traditional wood joinery
techniques and high quality weather-proof
epoxies to ensure a furniture quality finish.
Our panel inserts are secured within the frame
with an off-set dado ensuring structural integrity
and strength. Our lattice panels are constructed
from 1/2” lath and use half lap joinery and
exterior epoxy resin, to create a fastener free
look, with no chance of ugly rust stains.

Yardistry accessories add both detail and
function to any design. Post Caps and Post Top

coated aluminum and include stainless steel

Metal Accessories
Post Caps and Post Top Connectors are made
from solid marine grade powder coated
aluminum. Yardistry Post Caps complete
any exposed 4x4 or 6x6 post top with a
contemporary look. Post Top Connectors simplify
the construction of overhead structures on
Yardistry projects and come in both 4x4 and
6x6 sizes. 4x4 Post Top Connectors are designed
to handle both 2x4 and 2x6 lumber, while
the 6x6 Post Top Connectors are designed to
accommodate both 2x6 and 2x8 lumber.
Hardware
All exposed hardware is stainless steel, or color
matched corrosion resistant steel.
Wood
Only exterior grade cedar (Cunninghamia
Lanceolata) is used for Yardistry components.
Cedar is chosen for it natural resistance to rot
and decay ensuring Yardistry structures are
built to last.

help get you started. The Yardistry Design Library,
Design Wizard and Custom Design Tool can be
accessed at www.yardistrystructures.com.
All design tools provide the end user with a pdf
document that comes complete with a parts list
and multiple view angles of the project.
Yardistry Design Library
Browse the Yardistry Design Library and select
from the many design options created by
professional landscape designers.
Yardistry Design Wizard
The Yardistry Design Wizard recommends a
project design after asking the user a series
of preferential questions regarding their space
constrictions and design desires.
Yardistry Design Software
By far the most versatile of the Yardistry Design
Tools is the custom design software available
online at www.yardistrystructures.com. This
tool has been designed specifically for the
professional user and allows for easy
customization of Yardistry designs. Simply
open the software then drag and drop Yardistry
components onto the workspace to create your
design. Once you are finished with your design
hit the ‘print’ button and a 3 page pdf document
will generate. This document will contain the
parts list for your design as well as multiple
images of your design in various angles. This
tool allows you to unleash your own creative
power with Yardistry.
