A Welcome from the Department Chair
Welcome to the 2015-2016 Chemistry and Biochemistry
Awards Day Ceremony!
The students who receive awards during this ceremony have
been judged by the faculty of the Department to represent the
finest of the many outstanding Chemistry and Biochemistry
students.
Many of the awardees are seniors who will graduate and go
on to graduate school, professional school, or some other
scientific endeavor. Other awardees, from freshmen to
graduate students, have distinguished themselves in a course
or in some other aspect of Departmental performance so as
to be recognized as among the best of the students in our
programs.
All of the students who are presented here today are truly
worthy of recognition. We thank you for attending this
