Heat inactivable restriction enzyme. Use with TSAP Thermosensitive Alkaline Phosphatase for rapid cloning application. All other blue/white cloningqualified restriction enzymes work with TSAP but require enzyme removal with Wizard® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up System prior to ligation.
