RESOLUTION NO. 91
A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
VALLEY REGIONAL FIRE AUTHORITY (AUTHORITY)
DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Authority has a number of items which are no longer of
use to the Authority; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of
it by auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part,
through gift to another governmental agency or appropriate charitable non-profit
entity, as deemed most expedient by the Authority.
NOW THEREFORE, THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE VALLEY
REGIONAL FIRE AUTHORITY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the property identified in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is declared to be surplus, and the Chief
Administrative Officer of the Authority, or designee, is authorized to dispose of
and convey such property through appropriate sale or donation to another
governmental agency or charitable non-profit agency.
Section 2.
The Chief Administrative Officer of the Authority is hereby
authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to
carry out this directive.

Effective Date.
This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect upon passage and signatures hereon.
