A new Ministry of Water Resources has been created and
two other ministers merged into
one.
The Ministry of International
Qoration has been merged
with the Ministry of Foreign
Affais under Benjamin Mkapa.
The new Minister of State for

Amina Salim Au, formerly deputy Minister for Finance.
Paul Bomani becomes Minister for Manpower Development
and is replaced by Jackson Makweta who was Education Minister. Daudi Mwakawago becomes
