HELP FOODBANK FIGHT HUNGER IN AUSTRALIA foodbank.org.au PREP: 10 MINUTES COOK: 10 MINUTES MAKES: 4 BAKED BEAN NACHOS INGREDIENTS • 200g packet corn chips • 1 tablespoons lemon or lime juice • 2 x 425g cans SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato • 125g cherry tomatoes, quartered • 1 ½ cups grated tasty cheese • ½ cup sour cream • 1 ripe avocado • 1 tablespoons chopped chives (optional) METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan-forced. Arrange corn chips on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spoon SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato over corn chips. 2. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. 4. To serve, top nachos with avocado, tomatoes and sour cream. Sprinkle with chives (optional). 5. Serve with Mount Franklin water. 3. While nachos are cooking, peel and dice the avocado. Toss with lemon or lime juice.
