HEY…have you read your
newsletter lately?
Do you realize that hidden in the middle of any story in each Housekeeping Herald could be a message which reads: If your identification
number is XXX or XXXX call the office before noon on a specific day to
claim your prize?
There may be one opportunity, or as many as four, for an associate
to win a $25 Meijer gift card.
The ID#’s in the June 30th newsletter belong to Ivory Stanton,
Carla Parrent and James Stanley Martek. No one called to claim
their gift card!
Have you ever gotten paid to read a newsletter or the newspaper
before? Here at Absolute! Building Maintenance we feel that the
information that we print is important and time sensitive. Since we want
you to read it, this contest is just an added incentive for you to do so.
Read on as your ID# could be hidden in one of the articles!

When managers and supervisors visit accounts they
check the appearance of the custodial closets. Some of
the things they check for are:
• Vacuum bags are empty. Vacuums are dust-free,
clean and wiped.
• Electrical cords are wrapped properly.
• Mops and wringers are cleaned and rinsed out.
• Sinks are scoured and faucets are clean.
• Closet floors are swept and mopped.
• Shelves are clean and neat with everything in its
place.
• All containers of chemicals & spray bottles are
labeled with the proper HAZCOM labeling.
• SDS Books are checked to be sure that there is one
for each chemical used in that particular account.

If We Don’t Service Our Clients
Properly, Someone Else Will!
There is always another company waiting in the wings to take over
if we don’t service our clients up to the standards they expect. If
your identification number is thirty-three eighty-nine call the office
by noon on August fifth to claim your prize.
E EMPLOYMENT POLICIES
AND PROCEDURES
When you were hired by MMSI, you signed a form called
Employment Policies and Procedures, but did you really
read that form?
New Additions To The Family
We would like to welcome the following new associates.
Thanks for joining our ranks!
Let’s review a portion of the GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT.
“A!BM/Educlean/Medi+Clean issues warning notices in the
cases of consistently poor performance or the violation of
company rules. These become a permanent part of your
personnel file. However, any of the following practices are
considered gross misconduct and could result in immediate dismissal without warning:
4. Dishonest conduct by any A!BM/Educlean/
Medi+Clean employee will not be tolerated. This
includes theft, fraudulent use of the Team Time
Computer, or attempting to be paid for time not
worked will not be tolerated. Theft on the part of
any employee threatens all of our jobs. Employees
having knowledge of such shall report the same to
his/her supervisor or management member.
Are you aware that our Time Keeping system has caller ID?
When you clock in at the account, leave and then clock out
from another location we can see that. We have a record
of every time you call in and out and from where. Trying to
get paid for time not worked in this way is not only putting
your own job at risk, because that is a reason for immediate dismissal, but you are also putting your co-workers
jobs at risk. If your identification number is eleven ninety-three call the office by noon on August fifth to claim your
prize. The client does not like to pay for work or service
that they are not receiving. If the client cancels their contract due to this type of fraudulent activity then everyone
working at the account will be out of a job not just the guilty
person.
