Trail ride for charity, ATHRA members only,
combined ATHRA and non ATHRA member
participants regardless of numbers
Education day or clinic (fees paid for services of
instructor etc).This is a special event

under 50 participants.
Education day or clinic, out of pocket
expenses only paid to instructor for
voluntary services, no fees paid.
Details of commercial arrangement and copy of
instructors insurance certificate of currency required
What is required?
Application to host a special event or charity ride
IMS-F-013 must be completed
Must be lodged with ATHRA 6 weeks prior to event
Ride must abide by the ATHRA code of Conduct
What is required?
No application form to be completed
Follow the procedures of a sanctioned club ride
abiding by the ATHRA code of conduct
