TRAVEL Reimbursement is available for NMNEC Full Member Schools and has significant restrictions as we
utilize our limited grant funds. Other attendees may request reimbursement and will be provided if funds are
available.

Mileage: google map verifying roundtrip mileage
Flyers: paid flight receipt showing zero balance
Hotel: paid receipt showing zero balance
Hotel Nights:
<300 miles away = 1 night reimb
>300 miles away = 2 nights reimb (2 nights for carpoolers/flyers only)
In-state Hotel/Mileage Reimbursement Rates:
Carpools of 2+
Hotel Reimb: up to $100 per person
Mileage Reimb: roundtrip at .54¢ per mile
Single Drivers
Hotel Reimb: up to $50 total
Mileage Reimb: roundtrip up to $100 total
In-state Boutique Air Reimbursement Rate:
Airfare reimbursement up to $150 IF your roundtrip mileage reimbursement would be greater
