At the age of fourteen, Betty began working as a “Candy Stripe” at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where she pursued her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She took pride in her career, she loved working with the elderly. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching animal planet and throwing slumber parties with all of her nieces and nephews. Most of all she loved to shop at the 99c stores. Myisha leaves behind to cherish her memories: her parents, Robert and Ella Taylor; sisters, Donna, Maxine, Sharone, Ta’Isha, Shirlene, Shakira, Tuesday and Wanda; one sister-in-law, Leslie; brothers, Toney, Sal and Gregory (Roc); one brother-in-law, Greg; and a host of nieces, nephews, Interment Evergreen Cemetery Hillside, New Jersey cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Myisha go to join her late sister, Lora Montgomery “Lateefah” and her nephews, Mi’khy Robinson and Robert Francisco Taylor.
