Reading
We will be testing for Unit 1 Reading
and Writing skills on Monday and
Tuesday, and Vocabulary on Wednesday.
Thursday we will start Lesson 6, The
Interrupted Journey: Saving
Endangered Sea Turtles.

We will also finish presenting our
Native American Tribe Keynotes.
Science:
We will begin a new topic this week: The
Earth’s Systems. We will learn about and
describe ways the geosphere, biosphere,
hydrosphere, and/or atmosphere interact.
Math:
We are beginning Unit 2: Whole Number Place
Value and Operations.
If your child still struggles with
multiplication facts, please practice nightly.
Our lessons will become increasing difficult,
especially if your student does not know
these facts.
