Strengthen & Lengthen
Body Blitz
A muscle conditioning class for all levels utilizing a
variety of resistance equipment and steps to build
strength and endurance as you tone your whole body.
Yoga
This class is designed to enhance flexibility,
improve body alignment and awareness.
Provide relaxation therapy for the mind and
body.
Step It Up
A fun and invigorating step class full of cardio.
S.W.E.A.T
A class consisting of intervals or cardio (maybe step or
hi/lo cardio) and resistance training. Simple basic
intervals to challenge and increase your endurance and
strength.
Cardio Body Sculpt
Exciting variety of styled classes utilizing all equipment
from week to week. 30 plus minutes of cardio.
Burn calories and get toned. This multi-level class
begins with a short low impact cardio workout and
then transitions to a brisk paced strength and
conditioning program to tone the body.
This workout gives you everything you need and
more – toning, conditioning and flexibility. 20 minute
segments each of cardio, strength work using a
variety of equipment and extended stretching
Pilates Mat 1 *registered*
A class to challenge the core and teach you to
stabilize and strengthen your abdominals and
back
Rock Bottom
A class to define the glutes and abs and get those buns
of steel that you’re looking for!
Cardio Core
A moderate workout followed by an extended core
conditioning segment.
Ride and Pump
30-40 minutes of moderate Spinning finishing off with
resistance training or abs and a stretch.
Pilates mat/reformer *registered*
Reformer *registered*
The Pilates method of core training with the added
benefit of the reformer.
This class combines the fundamentals of Pilates with depths of
strength and stretching using a combination of mat and
reformer techniques. Great for your core!
GROUP CENTERGY!
Redefine yourself with Group Centergy.
Grow longer and stronger in this invigorating mindbody workout. Incorporates yoga and pilates
fundamentals with athletic training.

Monday – Friday:

Yoga Flow
This class is designed to create functional, toned and
lean muscles, as well as increasing body awareness and
balance. All levels are welcome for this hour long class!
GROUP POWER!
This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major
muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment. With
simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and
curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.
