Leon said “the Year 3/4 trip was interesting. I liked watching the tide and when we saw the Roman fort and had to march like soldiers.” It was nice to see so many parents at our phonics workshop last night. Thank for you attending and thank you to staff for helping. Secondary Transfer Moving to secondary school can be a scary process so I asked 3 ex-Palace Wood pupils to write about their experiences and give advice to the current Year 6. Their writing can be found at: http://www.palacewoodschools.org.uk/page_viewer.asp ?page=Advice+for+secondary+transfer&pid=198 This is under the ‘Pupils’ zone’ tab, ‘Secondary school advice’. Thank you to Kajal, Rashmi and Victoria for sharing their experiences. Children in Need Thank to everyone who donated for Children in Need on our pyjama day last Friday.
