NOMINATION FOR THE SIR GEORGE
CARTERET ENDEAVOUR AWARD 2015

1. The Sir George Carteret Endeavour Award is open to all young
persons’ up to the maximum age of 19 years old (as at 14
September 2015) who have demonstrated the same
characteristics of loyalty, endeavour, tireless determination and
dedication as Sir George Carteret.
2. Completed Nomination Forms are to be delivered to the Parish,
Public or Town Hall of the nominee’s home Parish before the
close of business on Friday 30 October 2015. Late nominations
will not be accepted.
3. Completed Nominations must have the full names and
addresses of both the person making and seconding the
nomination.
4. The Nomination must also contain evidence in support of the
nomination such as one or more of details, dates, photographs
and/or witnesses.
5. The Judge’s decision will be final. There is no appeal.
