your own paper to use for copying and
printing.
2. The business center is limited to 1 hour
per person per day.
3. We would appreciate that you would
be sure to go to only G rated sites while
you are on the internet as well.
4. No food or drink in the business center
please.
5. Please clean up after yourself to remove
any litter or any personal items when you
leave.

Any Positano Place residents that have any ideas that you would like to share please
let us know. We want to know what you think about the Newsletter itself and want to
know if there are other things that you would like to see in the Newsletter. Some of
you have already asked for your business cards and information to be submitted and
we would like more. Please feel free to call the office or stop by at your convenience.
The deadline each month for information to be put in is by the 1st of the month.
We also would like your input on whether there would be interest in putting Positano
Place Newsletter and other Positano information on a website. We value your opinion.

If you are an owner who leases out your unit please contact the Property
Management office to obtain a new lease packet for potential tenants. If you use a
rental agent, please make them aware that they would need to obtain the new lease
packet as well for all future leases.

PAINTING THE STAIRWELLS IN EACH BUILDING, BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS TO NOT STEP
IN WET PAINT….BUT MOSTLY SHOW THEM YOUR APPRECIATION BY HELPING TO KEEP
IT CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL!
There seems to be an ongoing problem with trash being left in the breezeways, animal
waste being put in the trash cans in front of the elevator, and cigarette butts left
wherever you feel like dropping them. We have asked very kindly, many times that
you could continue to put litter in its appropriate place. This is your home, please
participate in caring for it.
If you have any maintenance issues or need any repairs done to your unit then please
remember that it is not the Maintenance Staff’s job. There are a couple of
Handyman/Repair people listed under Vendor Information that you can call to help you
with maintenance and repairs in your units.
PARKING & SPEEDING - PARKING IN THE WRONG SPOT LEADS TO
BEING TOWED AND SPEEDING THROUGH POSITANO CAN LEAD TO A
FINE WITH THE SHERIFF DEPT. IT IS ALSO SOMETHING THAT WE WILL
NOT TOLERATE AT POSITANO UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.
