Happy June, here comes the sun.
for men and women
This year seems to be moving quicker than ever and before it gets
away from us. Before the year is over, I wanted to share with you
some past and future updates.
Over the past year, LifeWorks has spent over $132,000 in equipment
alone in the fitness center. This does not include any facility
upgrades or repairs. We bought: 4 True Upright Bikes, 1 Rope
Trainer, 6 Precor Ellipticals, 2 Flexstrider Ellipticals, 1 Octane
recumbent, and replaced all the Dumbbells.
This year we are planning to renovate our showers and steam rooms
in both locker rooms. We realize that this may be a bit of an
inconvenience to most of you, but as you know from any renovations
we all live through, it’s always worth in the end. As details become
available, we will be sharing them through the newsletter, eblasts and
facility postings.
Our charity this month is Soles4Souls. Every 10 check ins on
Facebook when you are at LifeWorks helps provide a pair of shoes
for someone in need.
