Magic wand
Weave a little woodland magic

You will need:
• A special or unusual stick
• A potato peeler
• Felt tip pens
• Wool, ribbon, leaves and feathers

Ask your
grown-up
for some
help!
Use the felt tips to draw
patterns and colours onto
your stick.
Hold your stick between your knees, making sure
one end is stuck into the ground. Move the peeler
down the stick and away from you, carefully
scraping away the bark.

Decorate your wand
by tying the ribbons,
wool, leaves and
feathers to it.

It’s almost ready!
Make it magical
by holding it in
your hand, closing
your eyes and
chanting a spell.
Now your wand is all set to cast a spell!
