Maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage provision in order to meet all coffee shop, education suite and patient requirements. A food hygiene certificate is essential for the role, as is experience of working in a commercial kitchen and a knowledge of the Environmental Health and Health & Safety regulations relating to catering environment.
