Our $130 and $150 Plans also have an allowance
for international calls:
$ 100 Business Mobile PLUS Plan – unlimited
standard national calls, unlimited calls to
1800 numbers, and unlimited diversion of calls
from mobiles to most other fixed and mobile
numbers in Australia. This plan doesn’t include
any allowance for SMS, MMS or MessageBank®
diversion and retrieval, so you need to pay for
these separately.
$ 130 Business Mobile PLUS Plan – unlimited
standard national calls SMS and MMS, unlimited
calls to 1800 numbers, free MessageBank®
diversion and retrieval and unlimited diversion of
calls from mobiles to most other fixed and mobile
numbers in Australia. Plus, $50 each month for
calls, SMS and MMS to international numbers.
$ 150 Business Mobile PLUS Plan – unlimited

Usage packs
If you want even more cost certainty as part of
your mobile plan, you can always add a usage pack
to cover your calling patterns. If you’ve chosen the
Untimed Calling Pack, you won’t be able to choose
a Bonus Option.
Untimed Calling Pack
Pay an additional monthly fee to add an Untimed
Calling Pack to any Mobile PLUS Member or Phone
Plan from $35 to $85 and $120 and only pay call
connection charges for calls to most standard fixed
and mobile numbers in Australia.

Your Telstra Business Mobile Cap Plan gives

Unlimited standard calls, SMS and MMS
in Australia on our $129 Business Mobile
Cap Plan
If you choose our $129 Business Mobile Cap Plan, you
can make unlimited standard national calls, and send
unlimited SMS and MMS in Australia. You also get free
MessageBank diversion and retrieval calls in Australia,
and unlimited diversion of calls from mobiles to most
other fixed and mobile services in Australia. Even better,
you get $50 each month for calls, SMS and MMS to
international numbers. To top it off, your plan comes
with 3GB of data each month to use in Australia.
Great allowance for calls, text and data
on our other Business Mobile Cap Plans
Use each month’s included allowance for your
standard calls, text messages or data downloads
while in Australia. Unused allowance expires at
the end of each month.
Monthly MRO Credit
If you bought a new mobile with a Monthly Repayment
Option (MRO) for 12 or 24 months and your Member
Plan contract length is the same (ie both either 12 or
24 months) and starts on the same date, you’ll get a
monthly MRO Bonus Credit of up to $30 a month.
Subsidised handset
If you took up a Phone Plan you’ll get a subsidised
handset from our range of mobile phones.
Free voice calls in Australia to mobiles
on the same account
National voice calls made from Business Mobile
Cap Plan services to other eligible services on
your account are FREE – no timed charge and no
connection fee.
Included data across all plans
With a generous allowance for mobile broadband
usage on the Next G™ network, you can use your
Mobile Cap Plan to connect online and via email
while in Australia. Excess data usage charges only
apply if you exceed both your included data and
included allowance (on all plans except the $129
plan). Unused data expires monthly. You can add a
Mobile Broadband Data Pack if you need more data.
Same call rates for voice and video
You won’t pay more for video calls. Voice and video

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Standard calls and messages
You can use the monthly included allowance of your
Telstra Business Mobile PLUS plan or the Cap Amount of
your Telstra Business Mobile Cap plan for standard calls
and messages in Australia. Standard calls and messages
means most types of national direct dial voice calls and
data calls, (including WAP, circuit or packet switched data
calls, internet usage, SMS and MMS), MessageBank, Video
MessageBank, voice calls to a 13 number (including 1300
or 1345 numbers), Directory Assistance, video calls and
calls to satellite mobile numbers. Some call types including
calls to the Sensis 1234 service, calls to 12 234 and 12 455,
third party content calls, international calls, international
roaming calls, international SMS and MMS and calls to
19xx, 1800 and 12xx numbers are excluded. Unused included
allowance and Cap Amount expire monthly.
Sharing your included allowances
Any unused shared included allowance expires monthly.
You can only share your included allowance with other
mobile services on compatible plans on the same account
as your Mobile PLUS Plan services. You can’t share your
included data. The included allowance on the $100, $130
and $150 Business Mobile PLUS Plans cannot be shared.
Other eligible mobile services are those with Telstra Business
Mobile Plans, Telstra Mobile Business Plans, Telstra Business
FleetSelect Plans, Consumer Mobile Plans (excluding cap
plans), Telstra Mobile Broadband, BlackBerry Individual
Solution Plans, BlackBerry Enterprise Server Solution Plans
and Microsoft Mobile Enterprise Solution Plans. If you have
Telstra Business Talk Plans, Telstra Business Talk Saver Plans,
Telstra Business Untimed Plans or Telstra Business Mobile
Select Plans on the same account as your Mobile PLUS Plan
services, unused included calls will not be able to be shared
between any services (including between your Mobile PLUS
Plan services).
Unlimited allowances and free intra-account calls
Our FairPlay Policy applies. See telstra.com.au/customerterms
for details of our FairPlay Policy. Non-cap plans are not eligible
to be on the same account as cap plans, likewise cap plans
are not eligible to be on the same account as non-cap plans.

Net Ready and Email Ready
Unused data expires monthly. Excess usage charges of 25c
per MB apply for data use in excess of the included monthly
data allowance unless you have added a data pack to your
service, in which case the excess data usage rate for your
chosen data pack will apply. Additional charges apply for
sending/receiving email when overseas. Our FairPlay policy
applies. For Microsoft Email Ready Packs, speeds slowed to
100kbps when 1GB email usage is reached.
Included data allowance
You can use your included data allowance for most types
of data usage in Australia. You can’t share your included
data with other services on your account and any data you
don’t use expires monthly. For all Plans excluding the $129
Business Mobile Cap Plan and $100, $130 and $150 Business
Mobile PLUS plans, you can use any unused Cap Amount or
included allowance to pay for excess data usage charges.
If you have one of these plans, you have to pay for any
excess data charges separately.
Bonus Options
Bonus Options do not apply to premium content and
information services, calls to numbers beginning with 19,
12, 13, 1300 or 1800, emergency calls, calls to Telstra Mobile
Satellite services, calls to Optus satellite phones, diversion
calls, value added services (such as reminder and wake-up
calls), Dial It Services (weather and time), Operator Assisted
calls, calls involving third-party content charging,
international or international roaming calls, MessageBank
deposits and retrievals (except for the Free MessageBank
Bonus Option), Memo, PocketNews, calls to the Sensis 1234
service, Directory Assistance, data calls (such as SMS, MMS,
BigPond Mobile Services, GPRS, 3G, Push to Talk and Telstra
Active) or video calls.
