Function Room Hire Information

FUNCTION & ROOM HIRE INFORMATION:
 Room Rental for the “Pandanus Room” is as follows:
Smaller half:
$150 (access to Digital screen & proj):
45 seated // 60 theatre
Larger half :
$250 (no digital screen & proj):
70 seated // 100 theatre
Full Pandanus Room:
$500 (access to digital screen & proj):
150 seated // 200 theatre
 Room Rental for the “Anzac Room” is as follows:
Half room #1:
$100 (access to Digital screen & proj):
15 seated // 20 theatre
Half room #2:
$100 (no digital screen & proj):
20 seated // 25 theatre
Full Anzac Room:
$150 (access to digital screen & proj):
45 seated // 60 theatre
 The Room Hire Fee is based on ‘per booking’ not an hourly rate.
 The Club is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
 For Functions with over 40 guests a drink steward is provided at no extra cost.
 All drinks are charged at normal club prices.
 Prices include basic set-up with white table clothes to all tables (on request) and quality paper
serviettes, we will endeavour to match your colour scheme as closely as possible.
 The Club offers both round and rectangular tables and round cake table. Round tables seat
8-10 and rectangular tables seat 6 guests.
 Lectern, whiteboards & specific room set-up is available
 A dance floor & PA system are available and you are welcome to organise the
music/entertainment of
your choice. (Larger bands require Management approval).
 Complimentary WIFI for all functions
 Flowers and table decorations (i.e. candles) for each table are the responsibility of each
respective function. Any damaged caused by candles or people writing on cloths will incur a
replacement cost.
 You are welcome to do any setting up / decorating you wish, with access to the function room
after
10am on the day of the function.
 Decorations must be cleared the night of the function or by arrangement on the morning after.
 Adequate parking is available for all guests. In wet weather guests can enter our main foyer with
undercover protection.
