PARTY OPTIONS
CHILDREN’S PARTY
All themed parties start at $400 for 11 children (ten guests and
the birthday star). For each additional child it is $15 to a maximum
of 18 children. Each party includes an appetizer, main course,
dessert and juice. Each child receives a paper chef hat to
decorate. The birthday star receives a cloth apron which all the
attendees get to sign. A free kid’s size gelato coupon is included for
all that attend, as a simple thank you to your guest for attending.
PIZZA PARTY (Ages 4+)
Everyone’s favorite food takes center stage in this pizza making
extravaganza! The kids will roll out the dough and top their very
own personal pizzas. They will also assemble fruit-kabobs and
decorate their own cookie or cupcake.
OH SWEETNESS! (Ages 6+)
Create a box of take home treats including chocolate dipped
strawberries, mini fruit tarts and chocolate truffles. To celebrate
the birthday star, everyone will assemble and eat a 6 layer trifle.
Choose your flavor–chocolate, mixed berry or strawberry and
banana.
PASTA PARTY (Ages 8+)
The kids will work with pasta machines to create their very own
fresh pasta! They will make marinara sauce, garlic bread and
grate Parmesan cheese. For dessert the kids will get to decorate
their own cupcake or cookie.
FIESTA! (Ages 6+)
Kids will create their favorite Mexican dishes in this hands-on
cooking class. They’ll mash up avocados to make their own
guacamole, fill their own cheese or chicken quesadillas, snack
on fresh salsa and chips and decorate a cookie or cupcake.
SUSHI PARTY (Ages 10+)
Celebrate the day with the Japanese culinary tradition of sushi!
We will learn to roll vegetable sushi, snack on chicken pot
stickers and edamame and decorate a cupcake or cookie.
NIGHT AT THE SPA (Ages 10+)
With top notch Whole Foods ingredients the kids will be
making everything from their own milk bath to a vanilla spice
body scrub! Finger sandwiches, crudite and dip platter and
chocolate will satisfy their taste buds as they mix and mash
their new body care products.

LARGE PARTY (Ages 4-7; more than 18 children)
For a base price of $400 we offer a 1 1/2 hour party which is
focused around one hands on activity that can accommodate
up to 30 children. Your birthday star can choose from decorating
cookies, cupcakes, or one of each. Each child will eat one of the
decorated treats at the party and then go home with their other
creation. Each child also receives a paper chef hat to decorate and
the birthday star receives a cloth apron for all attendees to sign.

STANDARD GOODIE BAG
We offer a coupon to redeem a free kid’s size
gelato as a simple thank you to your guests for
attending.
LARGE PARTY (Ages 8-12; more than 18 children)
For a base price of $500 we offer a 2 hour party focused
aoround 3 cooking stations. The birthday star and friends will
rotate throughout the party and make three dishes: Grilled
Cheese Sticks, Nut Butter and Banana Sushi Roll and an As Big
As Your Face Chocolate Chip Cookie. This party can accommodateup to 24 children. Each child also receives a paper chef hat
to decorate and the birthday star gets an apron that all the
children can sign.
TODDLER PARTY
We turn one corner of the room into an art space by covering
the walls and floors with paper so the children can draw to their
heart’s content. We lay out wooden puzzles and toys for the
kids to interact with too. Feel free to play a movie on our 46
inch flat screen TV or bring in your own musician, clown or
magician for entertaining.
The toddler birthday party option costs $250. We offer use of
our cooking classroom for a 3 hour time period. The first hour
is for you to set up with decorations and the remaining two
hours are for the party. This fee includes two Whole Food Market
team members to help set up, entertain your children, keep the
food you order from catering full and tidy and then we will
clean up after the party is all over. All contracts you create with
outside entertainment must be approved by Whole Foods Market.
TEEN PARTY
For a base price of $500 we offer a 3 hour party focused around
one of our Theme Party options, but much more hands on. All
parties will be making appetizers, main meal and decorating a
cookie or cupcake for dessert. This party can accommodate up
to 15 teens. Each teen will get their own chef hat to decorate
and the birthday star will get an apron that all partiers can sign.
A free kid’s size gelato coupon is included for all that attend, as
a simple thank you to your guests.

DETAILS
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
FREE!
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving the
date. The remaining amount and any additional
charges are due at the time of the actual party. If the
party is cancelled with more than 30 days notice, then we
will refund the deposit minus a $50.00 administrative
fee. If the party is cancelled with less than 30 days
notice, then we keep the deposit, as it is most likely we
turned away other business by reserving the date for you.
