Our business consists of three primary operations: White Cliffs Pipeline, the Cushing storage
facility, and a system of gathering and transportation pipelines in Kansas and Oklahoma.
All divisions are committed to a “zero incident” culture, with employees working to keep the
public, and each other, safe.
White Cliffs Pipeline
Strategically located, our White Cliffs Pipeline is the only pipeline that moves crude oil out of the Denver-Julesburg Basin directly
to Cushing, Oklahoma, the largest crude oil market in the world. This provides our customers with access to alternative markets
and the ability to maximize their profits.
The 526-mile, 12-inch pipeline originates in Platteville, Colorado, northeast of Denver, and terminates at SemCrude’s Cushing,
Oklahoma, terminal, a critical hub for domestic oil distribution.
SemCrude is the majority owner of this joint venture pipeline system, which can carry approximately 30,000 barrels of crude oil
per day with the ability to expand to meet rising demand.

At the point of origination in Platteville, we have 100,000 barrels of crude oil storage. Located adjacent to the pipeline’s Platteville
station is SemCrude’s state-of-the-art, multi-bay, truck-unloading facility with 20,000 additional barrels of crude oil storage. This
location is the origination station for all barrels delivered into the White Cliffs Pipeline system. It has the ability to off-load 30,000
barrels a day – the equivalent of approximately 150 trucks per day.
Storage Facility in Cushing, Oklahoma
Cushing, Oklahoma, is the designated delivery point for the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) crude oil contracts and the
largest crude oil market in the world.
To accommodate our customers, SemCrude recently completed construction of over 4 million barrels of crude oil storage at this
single location. We are also positioned to build additional tank capacity to meet our customers’ growing needs.
To move barrels of crude oil to market more efficiently, we are building a 20-inch pipeline from SemCrude’s terminal to connect
directly to the terminal where all NYMEX pricing is determined.
This addition will provide interconnectivity for our customers to all crude oil pipeline systems in the Cushing market. It is
expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2009.
Kansas and Oklahoma Pipeline Systems
Across Kansas and Oklahoma, we have 620 miles of gathering and trunk lines for the transportation of crude oil. This
network of pipelines connects to individual leases, as well as to several third-party pipelines, refineries and ultimately
SemCrude’s storage terminal in Cushing, Oklahoma. Currently we transport approximately 32,700 barrels of crude oil per day.
